What's Not Covered
The following are not covered by our refund policy:

Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our refund policy.
Digital Products
Digital bonus materials provided with your purchase (eBooks, guides, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. However, refunding the physical product does not require you to return or delete digital materials.
Multiple Refund Requests
We reserve the right to limit refunds for customers who make excessive or repeated refund requests, as this may indicate misuse of our guarantee policy.
